Lyndon Gehman is an American composer of choral music. His compositions span a wide range of styles and emotions, and have been performed by ensembles across the USA and beyond.
Lyndon’s musical approach has been shaped by formative study with two influential mentors: Dr. Wendell Glick, whose guidance grounded him in the craft of choral writing, and the legendary Alice Parker, whose insight into melody, text, and community singing continues to inspire his work.
He is a tenor with both The Lancaster Chamber Singers and Vox Philia Chamber Choir, and serves on the board of The Lancaster Chamber Singers, where he helps support the growth of the ensemble and the Lancaster, PA region’s choral community.
Outside of music, Lyndon is the founder and creative director of Lyndo Design, a brand strategy and identity studio and Vocele, a branding service for performing arts organizations and musicians. Through design, he brings over a decade of experience helping organizations find clarity, communicate beautifully, and move people.
